State Farm claims put me on hold for over an hour, I got frustrated and called Laurie in Chadd‘s office. She followed up and resolved my issue. State Farm claims say they’re slammed and very busy but I’m sure glad Chadd staffs effectively and Laurie definitely deserves a raise.
